The INI is designed to discover new and better ways to achieve negotiated outcomes.
By stimulating research collaboration and information exchange across disciplines, technologies, sectors, professions, countries and cultures we can correct many myths and misunderstandings that have influenced the way we negotiate.
The non-profit Institute for Negotiation Innovation, the INI, has been created to mobilize expertise around the world to generate new knowledge through real-world research, to develop new skills that can be taught from that knowledge, and to create exciting new tools that can be used by all use to forge sustainable agreements and resolve destructive disputes.
We have an ambitious program of attracting new funding to achieve these goals and improve the societies and economies in which we live.
Please browse this website to understand why we were moved to establish the INI.
We will warmly welcome you to be part of this exciting, valuable and rewarding experience!
